This project contains the largest video wall in the Southeastern United States. The $1.5 million project is comprised of (24) 67" diagonal cubes, seamlessly assembled with Barco's exclusive stitch-screen technology, which allows only one pixel distance between each cube. The challenge was to create a showroom which allowed viewing of the rocket launch while maintaining state of the art centralized control by the launch team.
Launches can be viewed from the main display wall, or on one of the (11) 42" plasma screens located throughout the facility, which includes three luxury VIP viewing galleries with high-fidelity audio systems. All components of the audio and video are controlled by a custom-programmed AMX LCD touch panel and Extron matrix distribution system from the main control room area. Complete system integration allows all audio video applications to be controlled form the launch control area.
